Integrated tests in accordance with the standards of TRANSNEFT

Since 2013, the «LKP-Khotkovo-Test» laboratory has been included in the Register of testing laboratories that have confirmed compliance with the requirements for testing paint and coating systems, planned for delivery to Transneft facilities, and annually confirms its competence. The laboratory conducts a full range of tests of anticorrosion coatings in accordance with Transneft standards:

• General technical requirements 25.220.01-KTN-097-16 «Trunk pipeline transportation of oil and oil products. Anti-corrosion coating for protection of the outer surface of tanks, overhead pipelines, structures and equipment.»
• General technical requirements 25.220.01-KTN-187-13 «Trunk pipeline transportation of oil and oil products. Anti-corrosion coating for protection of the inner surface of the tanks.»
• General technical requirements 25.220.01-KTN-133-15 «Pipes with silicate-enamel coating for fire extinguishing systems.»
• General technical requirements 25.220.01-KTN-239-14 «Trunk pipeline transportation of oil and oil products. Anti-corrosion coating port facilities.»
